ORDERING AND AVAILABILITY

After placing an order, the User will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order. This does not mean that the order has been accepted. The order only constitutes an offer to buy one or more products.

Order acceptance is confirmed via a second email once the items are dispatched. Only the products listed in that email will be included in the contract.

In the event of stock unavailability, RM will inform the User and offer an equivalent item or the option to cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User. RM will make every effort to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible, generally within 1 to 5 working days for Portugal, and up to 15 working days for international deliveries.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and weight.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Under applicable law, the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the User must notify RM in writing, via email or post, of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. The cost of return shipping is the User’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Prices and Payments

All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are calculated and added during the checkout process.

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer, as well as other options listed on the site.

RM uses secure payment gateways to ensure safe transactions and does not store any credit card information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. In case of dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the User or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from access to or use of the website or any content provided therein.

RM shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or interruptions in internet service.

Warranties and Product Guarantee

Products sold by RM are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable European and Portuguese consumer law.

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the User must inform RM within 2 months of detection and provide evidence of the defect. RM will, where applicable, offer repair, replacement, or a refund.

This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the product instructions.

Age Restrictions for Alcohol Purchase

Ordering products must be made by Users aged 18 or over (individuals under this age must have authorization from their representatives). The elements and information transmitted by the User will enjoy full legal effects, and the User recognizes electronic purchases as being equivalent to those made in writing and signed.

RM reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be placed by someone under the legal drinking age.

Promotions and Discount Codes

All promotions and discount codes offered by RM are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not valid on previously placed orders.

Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
